Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve software quality and delivery timelines.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code review processes.
Competence in integrating SAP ABAP solutions with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
