Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance system architecture.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with CommerceTools Commerce Platform.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience in integrating security protocols and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with network infrastructure and system software components relevant to enterprise environments.
