Conducts initial candidate screening, shortlists potential candidates and interacts with potential candidates

Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates for both current and future hiring needs

Ensures consistent coordination and keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) compliant with data protection regulatory requirements

Meets defined key performance indicators.

Provides stakeholders with market analysis via LI Talent insights (+ other insight and data tools) and educating stakeholders around market opportunity

Grade Description

Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines

Performs a range of assignments related to discipline
