Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to iterative delivery cycles.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system performance.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate software components effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
