Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents within enterprise applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT service management principles and best practices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
This position is based at our Jaipur office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
