Working days and hours- Mon to Fri ( 8.30am to 6pm)

Job Descriptions:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, customers, consultants, and contractors
Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and drive outcomes toward project success
Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors on installation matters and schedules
Identify and schedule customer-facing meetings to ensure effective project execution
Assist in developing and managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables
Identify project risks, define problem-solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project delivery
Handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
Translate business needs into clear software requirement specifications
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation during the SDLC
Convert technical information into business-friendly language for stakeholders
Coordinate with system teams to prepare system and subsystem design documents
Liaise with Procurement and Legal on contract-related matters with vendors
Work with procurement teams for sourcing and pricing before subcontractor award
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and define subcontractor scope of work for tenders
Manage testing and commissioning activities with internal teams
Develop Project Management Plans for Quality Assurance Department (QAD) and management reviews
Track project costs and ensure timely sales recognition
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation
Prepare meeting minutes independently and follow up on action items

Job Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
PMP Certification is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Project, JIRA/Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Word/Excel with strong stakeholder management, risk management, negotiation skills, and CSCPM knowledge
4–6 years of working experience in Project Management
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple user groups and external vendors
Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
Experience handling site implementation activities with project teams
Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate risks and roadblocks
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and diverse personalities within cross-functional teams
