Develop launch readiness processes across sales, channel, supply chain, training, and communications.
Ensure successful commercialisation and rapid market adoption of new offerings.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Establish a structured competitive intelligence programme
Track competitor pricing, product specifications, channel strategies, promotions, and market share movements.
Convert market insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Pricing & Profitability Management
Develop portfolio pricing architecture and premiumisation strategies.
Monitor pricing competitiveness while protecting margin objectives.
Partner with Finance and Sales teams to analyse profitability by category, channel, and SKU.
Recommend interventions to improve mix, margins, and portfolio efficiency.
Sales Enablement & Channel Support
Create compelling sales tools, product collateral & comparison sheets.
Partner with sales leadership to improve product penetration and win rates.
Support key customer presentations and strategic project pursuits.
Customer & Market Insights
Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives.
Develop deep understanding of consumer, dealer, consultant, builder, and commercial customer needs.
Translate insights into product improvements, innovation opportunities, and messaging strategies.
Demand Generation Support
Partner with Brand & Communications team to design integrated marketing campaigns.
Ensure product strategy is reflected across all communication touchpoints.
Support lead generation initiatives with category-specific content, claims, and proof points.
