Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management, Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor.
Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ office.
