Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture a defined portfolio of ERP customers to maximize satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, ERP usage patterns, and future requirements.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across modules, services, and additional licenses.
Drive timely contract renewals and minimize churn through consistent customer engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, queries, and ERP-related discussions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support to address customer needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records including account status, pipeline updates, forecasts, and opportunity progress.
Act as the internal customer advocate by representing client needs in product improvement or roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ERP account management, customer success, or sales (farming-focused).
In-depth understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Infor.
Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market customers in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling capabilities.
Customer-first approach with the ability to handle escalations tactfully.
