Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Executive will visit restaurants, cafes, and other food outlets to introduce GreenBox's services, build relationships, and close partnership agreements. The role involves conducting in-person meetings, presenting value propositions, negotiating terms, and managing follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners. The Field Sales Executive will monitor partner satisfaction, gather feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records of visits and sales activities, meeting assigned targets, and representing the brand professionally in the field.
Qualifications

Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Experience with client servicing, account management, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for in-person meetings.
Basic familiarity with sales reporting tools or CRM systems and comfort with using mobile apps.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel locally, and manage a structured visit schedule.
Self-motivated, target-oriented approach with strong time management and organizational skills.
Previous experience in food, hospitality, logistics, or related sectors is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
