Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out processes, and answering phone calls in a professional manner. Daily tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, and handling basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. The receptionist also coordinates with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and provides clear, courteous information to patients about services, procedures, and follow-up requirements.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with patients, families, and staff.
Proficient phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
Clerical skills such as data entry, basic record keeping, filing, and handling appointment scheduling software.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy clinical environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (email, office applications) and familiarity with patient management systems is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration or healthcare support is beneficial.
