Backed by MJS's global expertise and resources, we are expanding our reach across Singapore and Southeast Asia .We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to take ownership of the Singapore market. This role offers a unique global dynamic: while driving aggressive local business growth, you will orchestrate complex deals by acting as the crucial bridge between our Singaporean clients, our Vietnam-based development team, and our Japanese HQ leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a strong customer retention base.
Driving revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP) market through identifying new opportunities.
Schedule meetings to present latest updates and gather feedback from clients.
Work closely with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients new requirements.
Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell company's products to existing accounts.
Meet accounts performance KPI's as agreed with you and management.
Update in-house CRM system for accounts reporting.

Qualifications:

Candidates with a degree-level qualification are preferred
NO Working Experience candidates are Welcome
At least 2 years of sales experience needed for candidates with working experiences
Remuneration will be rewarded according to your working experiences
Farmer mindset and have passion for client-oriented services
Understand the concept of customer retention and account management
Willingness and patience to listen to customers feedback
Good presentation, communication, and written skills

Please note that this is an entry/junior-level position. The maximum basic salary offered is SGD 4,500, plus attractive commission
