Your Role

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
Perform AS-IS and TO-BE assessments to support system enhancements and migration initiatives.
Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).

Your Profile

Temenos T24 Functional Expertise (Wealth Management)

Possess strong functional expertise in Wealth Management modules, including Securities, Corporate Actions, Capital Gains, Derivatives, Structured Products, Money Market (MM), Foreign Exchange (FX), SWIFT, and Regulatory Reporting (e.g., MiFID).
Configure and tailor T24 modules to align with client-specific business needs.
Design and implement solutions covering corporate actions processing, capital gains, trailer fees, safekeeping charges, and reconciliation workflows.

Project Delivery

Operate within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, creating user stories and ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of business requirements.
Facilitate walkthroughs, workshops, and whiteboard sessions with stakeholders.

Testing & Validation

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and validate system configurations.
Perform data mapping and analysis for migration and transformation projects.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams.
Provide consistent project updates and proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
