Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to contact center environments.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud contact center systems.
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to optimize contact center operations.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in cloud implementations.

Additional Information:
