Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business requirements is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and enhancement of existing software to meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
Strong knowledge of cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics services.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions using cloud platforms.
Familiarity with data integration, migration, and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
