Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance within SAP environments.
Experience in customizing payroll modules to meet specific organizational requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues efficiently.
Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems.
Understanding of data security and confidentiality principles related to payroll data.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
