About the Role

This role will drive integrations between Paytm EDC and other billing POS providers, enabling seamless merchant experiences and improving adoption across key segments.

Key Responsibilities

. Own end-to-end integration lifecycleWork with product team to enable seamless EDC + billing interoperability.

. Drive technical and business alignment between Paytm product and partner teams.

. Identify high-impact POS platforms and prioritize integrations based on merchant demand and revenue potential.

. Ensure smooth onboarding, testing, deployment, and post-integration support.

. Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

. 5-7 years of relevant experience in POS integrations, fintech, SaaS, or payments ecosystem.

. Strong understanding of billing software / POS systems / APIs / integrations.

. Ability to work closely with technical teams while driving business outcomes.

. Experience in merchant-facing solutions or retail tech ecosystems is a plus.

. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

. Based in Delhi (mandatory requirement).
