Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps) to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong ServiceNow platform development expertise, experience working on security and governance workflows, and the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Configure risk registers, controls, indicators, assessments, and issue remediation workflows.

Support automation of governance and compliance processes.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Configure And Support BCM Solutions Including

Business Continuity Plans

Business Impact Analysis

Recovery workflows

Crisis management processes

Develop workflows and notifications for disruption management and operational resilience.

Support continuity testing and recovery readiness activities.

Security Operations (SecOps)

Develop And Enhance ServiceNow SecOps Modules Including

Security Incident Response (SIR)

Vulnerability Response

Threat Intelligence integrations

Configure workflows for security incident triage, remediation, and escalation.

Integrate ServiceNow with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and monitoring platforms.

Support vulnerability and threat management automation.

Integrations & Automation

Develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise and security applications.

Configure IntegrationHub and MID Server-based integrations.

Automate operational and security workflows using Flow Designer.

Support data synchronization between ServiceNow and external systems.

Platform Support & Governance

Participate in code reviews and follow ServiceNow development standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects.

Support upgrades, patches, releases, and deployment activities.

Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.

Collaborate with architects, QA teams, administrators, and business stakeholders during implementations.

6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
