Role Description - Assistant Business Development Manager is a full-time role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships for The Popcorn Media. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with brands, agencies, and enterprise clients, and promoting Popcorn Media's influencer marketing and digital solutions. The Senior Business Development Manager will lead client pitches, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day work includes market research, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and close collaboration with internal teams such as creative, operations, and analytics to ensure successful campaign delivery. The role also includes setting sales targets, optimizing business development processes, and contributing to long-term growth strategies across Western India.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales within influencer marketing and ad-production.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals with brands and agencies.
Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships, conduct persuasive presentations, and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
Understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, content strategy, campaign metrics, and ROI-driven marketing approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into clear proposals and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently prioritize multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
Experience working across multiple regions West India, and comfort in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, creative, and analytical mindset, with a passion for influencer marketing, content related services, meme marketing etc.
