As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical infrastructure. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components related to infrastructure.
Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis.
Ability to monitor and maintain network performance and security.
Familiarity with network configuration, management, and documentation practices.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
