As a Sr. Game Mathematician I, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our games by implementing flawless mathematical models that improve gameplay. What You'll Do

Build and develop mathematical models for game mechanics and features.Collaborate with designers and developers to successfully implement game algorithms.Analyze game data to determine efficient configurations and outcomes.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless integration of mathematical models.Build simulations to test and validate game mechanics.Provide insights to improve game performance and player engagement.Develop documentation for mathematical models and algorithms.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to game mathematics.Contribute to the continuous improvement of game build processes.Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on guidelines.Keep informed about developments and innovations in game mathematics.

What We're Looking For

Two or more years of experience in game mathematics or a related area.Proven expertise in crafting and developing mathematical models.Strong expertise in probability and statistics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Robust data analytical skills.Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or similar.Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Experience with data analysis and statistical methods.Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related area.Ambitious attitude with a passion for gaming and innovation.
