Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives and provide FinOps leadership across the organization

Team Leadership & Development

Build, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of cloud engineers aligned with current and future business needs
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular feedback, and manage performance reviews for direct reports

Provide career pathing guidance and identify internal promotion and advancement opportunities
Empower team members to own projects, make technical decisions, and grow their ownership and accountability
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values technical excellence, continuous learning, and psychological safety
Delegate appropriately to develop team capability while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical initiatives

Operations & Strategic Execution

Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational consistency across environments
Design highly available systems capable of supporting global SaaS workloads
Implement tooling and reporting that provide transparency into infrastructure usage and cost drivers
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate team productivity, infrastructure automation, and operational insights
Manage team capacity planning, resource allocation, and workload prioritization
Drive cross-functional collaboration between cloud engineering, product, security, and other engineering teams

Required Qualifications
