Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP programming language.
Ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows within the SAP environment.
Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment models specific to SAP solutions.
Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing SAP ABAP code for efficient execution.
Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
