We are seeking a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in programming and software engineering principles.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Must-have:

2–5+ years RPA/automation development experience
Strong UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate experience
Strong Python skills if using Python as one of the automation stacks
Experience with queue-based RPA / Orchestrator
Experience with web automation
Understanding of API integration
Strong exception handling and logging
Experience designing Dispatcher/Performer or similar scalable automation architecture
Good SQL/data-processing knowledge
Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams

Good-to-have:

Healthcare/RCM automation experience
CMS/NPPES experience
OCR/document understanding
SharePoint integration
PDF generation
High-volume automation experience
Experience handling PHI-sensitive data
