We are looking for a highly skilled MongoDB Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB Atlas Change Streams, Python, and scalable system design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building high-performance, event-driven applications and a deep understanding of parallel processing and multithreaded systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB-based data models and collections
Implement real-time data processing pipelines using MongoDB Atlas Change Streams
Build scalable backend services using Python
Architect and develop event-driven, high-throughput systems
Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and schema design
Implement parallelism and multithreading to improve system performance
Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for deployment and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and data flow
Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years to 9 years of strong experience in MongoDB development
Hands-on expertise in MongoDB Atlas & Change Streams
Proficiency in Python programming
Strong understanding of parallelism, multithreading, and system design
Experience with real-time processing and event-driven architectures

Preferred Skills

Exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming tools
Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices
