The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously seeking ways to enhance service delivery and minimize downtime. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a keen eye for detail to address challenges as they arise throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Monitor system health and performance metrics to proactively detect potential issues.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
Experience in configuring and managing application performance monitoring tools.
Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose complex technical problems.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions.
Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
Capability to work with automation tools to streamline monitoring and alerting processes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
