As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
Strong knowledge of treasury and risk management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in financial modules.
Ability to analyze system logs and trace errors to identify root causes effectively.
Familiarity with integration points between treasury management and other financial systems.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
