Insight Direct India is seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and End-User Support. In this pivotal role as an Intune Modern Workplace Engineer, you'll drive the adoption and management of modern workplace technologies for our clients. Your expertise in Microsoft Intune and related tools will ensure seamless device management, robust security, and enhanced productivity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the modern workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience.
Client Engagement: You'll engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Expertise:
Skilled with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Entra Connect, Azure AD DS, and related technologies.
Experience designing and implementing IDAM (Identity and Access Management) policies to ensure secure and efficient user access management.
Proficiency in Entra ID, including advanced configurations for conditional access, identity protection, and single sign-on (SSO).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and their integration with other Microsoft and third-party tools.
Intune & Endpoint Management:
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, including device lifecycle management and application deployment.
Experience with Windows Autopilot for provisioning and managing Windows devices in a zero-touch deployment model.
Expertise in co-management strategies integrating Intune with Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Security & Compliance:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for security threat detection and remediation.
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools within Intune and Endpoint Manager to track device compliance and health.
Experience implementing mobile application management (MAM) policies for BYOD environments.
Cross-Platform Management: Familiarity with managing macOS and Linux devices in enterprise environments using Intune or equivalent tools.
Device Enrollment: Experience with Apple Device Enrollment (ADE), Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and Android Enrollment.
Scripting & Automation: Experience with scripting languages, especially PowerShell, to automate repetitive tasks, generate reports, and manage large-scale deployments.
Networking: Implementation and management of Public and internal DNS server.
Optimization & Best Practices: Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security; stay up-to-date with the latest cloud services, features, and best practices.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
ITSM Tools: Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow and the ITIL Service Management Framework.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud engineering and consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Defender.
Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Intune environments.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable.
