About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist who can craft compelling narratives, manage multi-channel campaigns, and elevate our brand presence in a fast-paced and exciting sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans
Create engaging content for digital channels (website, social media, newsletters)
Plan and manage campaigns to support airline partners and travel clients
Maintain brand consistency and ensure messaging aligns with company values
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for creative execution
Monitor campaign analytics, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations
Support events, PR, and stakeholder communication initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation/travel/hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing tools
