About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create high-quality, engaging visual content for our brands and social media platforms.

The role involves working closely with our team to create Reels, social media videos, graphics, campaign creatives, and other visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of video editing and social media content, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with the team.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking a concept from an idea to a finished piece of content.

Knowledge of Videography, Photography and AI-powered content creation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

Edit engaging short-form videos, Reels and social media content.
Work on different types of video content including promotional, educational, lifestyle, brand and trend-based content.
Add appropriate transitions, text, motion graphics, music, sound effects and other elements to enhance videos.
Ensure videos are optimised for different social media platforms and formats.
Work closely with the team to understand the objective and creative direction of each video.
Keep up with current editing styles, trends and social media formats.

Graphic Design

Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Create social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements and campaign creatives.
Develop visual concepts based on content briefs and brand requirements.
Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual language.
Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats as required.
Bring fresh design ideas and creative approaches to the team.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager and the wider team.
Understand creative briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Participate in brainstorming and contribute creative ideas for Reels, campaigns and social media content.
Take feedback positively and make revisions efficiently.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Videography & Photography — Added Advantage

Candidates with hands-on videography and photography skills will be preferred.
Assist with or independently handle basic photoshoots and videoshoots when required.
Understand framing, composition, lighting, and camera basics.
Capture suitable footage and photographs for social media content.
Understand how to shoot specifically for Reels and short-form content.
Help the team create better visual assets during shoots.

AI Content Creation — Added Advantage

Candidates who have experience using AI-powered creative tools will have an added advantage.
Use AI tools for image and video generation.
Create visual concepts, references, moodboards and storyboards using AI.
Explore AI tools for creative enhancement, video production, voiceovers and other content requirements.
Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of content production.
Identify opportunities where AI can complement traditional design and video-production workflows.
