We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and multi-talented Graphic Design & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and help us scale our visual brand identity in the Indian B2B tech space.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development:

Create clean, professional, and visually engaging assets, including social media posts, carousels, reels, infographics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Translate complex technology and business concepts into simple, compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Content Creation & Copywriting:

Research industry trends, market insights, and customer challenges to generate relevant content ideas.
Draft clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, creatives, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Collaboration & Industry Insights:

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand the manufacturing industries and customer segments served by Nexxio.
Convert industry insights, customer success stories, and product capabilities into impactful marketing content.

Social Media Management:

Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Monitor engagement metrics, track content performance, and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Brand & Marketing Support

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and other brand-building activities as required.

What we are looking for

Curious & Proactive Mindset: Since you will be managing our social channels, we love interns who are curious, enjoy talking to teams internally, and aren't afraid to ask questions to learn about the industry.
Basic Design Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop to create neat social media graphics.
Good Writing Skills: Ability to write clear, grammatically correct, and engaging English captions for business audiences.
Interest in B2B/Tech: A genuine interest in learning how marketing works in a fast-paced SaaS startup.
Portfolio: A link to your design samples, college projects, or social media work that shows your creative style.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and techniques
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles or web design elements.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple creative projects at once.
A strong learning mindset—someone who is excited to keep up with the latest design trends and marketing tools.
