Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TWS Administration.
Strong knowledge of system configuration and integration techniques related to packaged and cloud-based applications.
Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
Ability to establish and enforce platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
