M Siroya and Company, Company Secretaries, is looking to onboard Mumbai based Qualified Company Secretary (CS) only to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site role offering exposure across diverse corporate secretarial and advisory matters.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Qualified Company Secretary (1–2 years experience) located in Borivali, Mumbai. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, handling corporate governance documentation, preparing and filing statutory forms, and providing end-to-end support in corporate secretarial matters. PCS experience (internship and/or post qualification) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handling Company Law, secretarial and compliance matters across industries.
Preparation and e-filing of ROC forms; maintaining statutory registers and records.
Compliance, preparation and filing of requisite forms for NBFC companies and maintaining relevant records.
Drafting of Board and General Meeting Notices, Agendas and Minutes.
Support in company incorporations, share allotments, transfers and annual filings.
FEMA/RBI-related filings and support, as applicable.
DEMAT & Share Capital Compliance — allotments, transfers, corporate actions, RTA/depository coordination.
Research assistance and preparation of notes on corporate law/regulatory topics.
Coordination with regulatory authorities such as ROC, SEBI, RBI, Depositories, Stock Exchanges and NCLT.
Any other secretarial and compliance assignments as required.

Requirements

Qualified Company Secretary (1–2 years post-qualification experience).
Strong drafting, communication and MS-Office skills.
Ability to work independently, manage timelines and handle multiple assignments.
Prior PCS firm experience preferred.
