As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
Experience in managing and leading software development teams in a collaborative environment.
Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and scalable software design.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
