An established international accounting and advisory firm is seeking an experienced senior tax associate to join its growing tax practice in Singapore.

The Opportunity

As part of the financial services tax team, you'll advise a broad portfolio of clients across banking, insurance, payments, wealth and asset management, and family offices.

You'll support complex tax advisory and compliance engagements while working closely with managers and partners to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to clients navigating Singapore and international tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver corporate tax, GST and, where applicable, personal tax compliance and advisory services to financial services clients.

• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Advise clients on Singapore tax matters, cross-border tax issues and available tax incentives.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact throughout engagements.

• Review tax computations, tax returns and supporting documentation.

• Coach and develop junior team members while supporting engagement management.

• Assist with workflow planning, resource allocation and project delivery.

• Contribute to proposals, client pitches and business development initiatives.

• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines and international member firms to deliver integrated client solutions.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a commercially minded tax professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for client advisory.

You'll ideally have:

• A relevant degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.

• Membership with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) or progress towards professional accreditation is highly regarded

• A minimum of 4 solid years of tax experience gained within a public accounting or professional services environment, with a focus on financial institutions

• Prior experiences advising clients within banking, insurance, payments, wealth and asset management or family offices is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, GST and financial services tax legislation.

• An understanding of Singapore's tax incentive regimes for the wealth and asset management sector.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
