As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, contributing significantly to the overall business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve functionality.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level order management systems.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with system integration points and understanding of business process flows within order management.
Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
This position is based at our Chennai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
