We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Client Success Manager cum Project Manager to join our growing team! This hybrid role combines client relationship management with hands-on project coordination to deliver exceptional service and successful product implementation.

You'll act as the main point of contact for our clients-ensuring their satisfaction while simultaneously driving the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. If you're highly organized, customer-centric, and enjoy managing multiple priorities, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Account Management

Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned clients by understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction
Provide onboarding support, product installation, user training, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner and follow through to resolution
Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product Team to enhance product usability and features
Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist with billing matters including timely payment collection
Monitor and maintain customer health metrics, ensuring high service quality and client retention

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and oversee client-related implementation or enhancement projects from initiation to delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget
Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Development, Support, etc.)
Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related fields
2+ years experience in account management, client servicing, or project coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an advantage
A team player with a customer-first mindset and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
