Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Mentor and support junior team members to build technical capabilities and foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies relevant to SAP Successfactors.
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integration landscapes.
Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and API management.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
