Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.

Summary:

As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. This role requires continuous monitoring and support of infrastructure service management processes to maintain service availability and reliability. The position focuses on managing risks associated with IT services while ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of operational issues. Daily activities include coordinating with various teams to address service disruptions, maintaining system uptime, and contributing to the overall stability of IT environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service management.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
Ability to analyze and mitigate risks related to IT service delivery.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their operational dependencies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
