Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and coding standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to maintain timelines and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.
Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA databases.
Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within enterprise applications.
Ability to work with integration technologies and understand data flow between SAP modules and external systems.
Experience in developing and enhancing user interfaces using SAP UI5 or similar technologies.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
