As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to refine the applications, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects through effective communication and teamwork.

Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Experience with application configuration and customization.
Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
