Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
Experience with scripting and customization within the ServiceNow platform to tailor solutions according to business needs.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain system stability.
Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
This position is based at our Indore office.
