Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions.
Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in resolving technical challenges.
Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or failures.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to diagnose issues effectively.
Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes to support automation.
Good communication skills to collaborate with development and operations teams.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
