Position: Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Responsibility:

Lead or support full payroll implementation lifecycle (discovery, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
Configure payroll systems to meet client-specific requirements
Support data migration activities, including cleansing, transformation, and validation
Conduct parallel runs, reconciliation, and issue resolution prior to go-liv
Facilitate discovery workshops and client meetings
Gather and document detailed payroll requirements
Provide subject matter expertise on payroll processes and system best practice
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships
Perform system testing to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and setup
Identify and resolve defects during testing and parallel phases
Ensure data integrity and compliance with payroll legislation

Behaviours & Competencies

Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle (end-to-end processing, compliance, reporting)
Experience implementing payroll or HRIS systems (e.g. Payrite, Paycircle)
Knowledge of payroll data structures, integrations, and migration processes
Familiarity with payroll legislation (UK and/or global depending on role)
Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation capability
Detail-oriented with high focus on accuracy
Customer-centric mindset
Proactive and solutions-driven approach
Team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions
