The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting to evolving project needs to maintain momentum and achieve strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Support the development and growth of junior team members through guidance and mentorship.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
Strong capability in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
