Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting group finance operations, with a focus on consolidation, reporting, and property-related finance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation across multiple entities
Prepare concise, insightful management reports to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with IFRS and Singapore statutory requirements
Partner with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on audit and compliance matters
Support treasury, banking, and corporate governance-related activities
Review tenancy agreements alongside stakeholders, ensuring commercial and financial accuracy
Conduct tenant credit assessments and monitor financial risk exposure
Supervise and develop junior finance team members
Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives

This is a hands-on role where you will balance operational execution with providing value-added insights to senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance with CA/CPA qualification
At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and group consolidation
Exposure to multi-entity consolidation (or complex BU structures)
Prior people management or supervisory experience
Experience within property, real estate, or investment holding environments is advantageous
Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Ability to communicate clearly, summarise complex information, and influence stakeholders
A self-starter with a practical mindset and confidence to contribute ideas
