Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities within a defined geographical area for OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED. You will need to implement sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:..

. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the assigned territory.
. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development.
. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
. Represent OXYNEXIS PRIVATE LIMITED at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Job Qualifications:..

. Masters degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/life sciences with Business Administration, Marketing, or a related management field is preffered
. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive sales experience,
. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
