Position: IT Support Executive
Location: Defu Lane
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for company applications (Web App, Mobile Apps, ERP) and software
Assist users with login issues, clouds, VPN, websites, outlook and Microsoft Office, basic troubleshooting, and system usage enquiries
Assist in testing system enhancements and updates
Conduct basic user training and support for new employees.
Provide support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot basic network, internet, email, and printing issues
Support IT equipment setup for new staff

Requirements:

Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of computer hardware, printers, and networking concepts
