Key Responsibilities:

Analyze Marketing Campaign Performance:

Track and assess key performance metrics such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Leverage analytics tools to provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns, improving targeting, and ensuring budget efficiency.
Develop Data-Driven Insights:
Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks using advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, and implement attribution modeling.
Utilize data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and propose recommendations for improving marketing strategies.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
Oversee market research studies and analyze customer data to uncover insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Provide data-backed recommendations that inform campaign optimizations and drive customer-centric marketing strategies.
Dashboard Creation & Monitoring:
Design, implement, and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using analytics platforms to track key performance metrics and KPIs.
Ensure dashboards deliver clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and support effective decision-making.
Trend Analysis & Forecasting:
Perform trend analysis to identify seasonal patterns, industry trends, and predictive insights that support business planning and marketing strategies.
Leverage analytics tools to forecast future performance and guide campaign optimization.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Conduct A/B testing, landing page analysis, and funnel optimization to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Use analytics to interpret test results, refine campaigns, and increase conversion performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to implement tracking systems, integrate data across platforms, and ensure accurate performance measurement.
Ensure seamless data flow and integration, enabling robust analytics and consistent reporting.
Strategic Data Interpretation:
Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights, providing strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
Present findings to senior leadership and key stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration with Analytics Teams:
Partner with data science and analytics teams to refine campaign measurement methodologies and enhance reporting solutions.
Contribute to the development of advanced analytics tools that improve campaign performance measurement and enable continuous optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in campaign analytics, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong focus on analytics.
Expertise in data analysis, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and attribution models.
Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and optimizing customer conversion funnels through analytics.
Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
Experience creating and maintaining real-time dashboards to monitor campaign performance and KPIs.
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams.
Strong communication skills to present complex analytics and insights in a clear and impactful manner.
