Looking for a lead SQL/PLSQL Developer with 7+ years of strong development experience. The candidate should be capable of directly interacting with clients, gathering requirements, attending customer calls, understanding business needs, and acting accordingly to deliver effective solutions.
The role requires flexibility to work during reliable support hours, as we work closely with Australian clients. The candidate should also be available to provide support whenever required.
Strong technical expertise in SQL, PLSQL, and related technologies is essential. The candidate should be self-driven, capable of working independently, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job responsibilities

Demonstration of how to mentor others, establish standards, and escalate technical decisions to other stakeholders when needed.
Experimenting with AI tools and other modern development practices.
Ownership in validating requirements, testing edge cases, and catching discrepancies.
